Does it ship as shown?

It’ll will not be 100% the same as we do it with a human touch. Color will not always be the same with what you see on your screen because every screen and eyes are different. We’ll also add extra filler and shipping box to make sure all the items will be safe to delivered. 

How many items can fit inside the box if I build my own gift?

You can see our box sizes in the product detail pop-up. Our box usually fits around 4-7 items depend on how big the gift you picked. If you different dimensions, just let us know! We might have something that’ll fit your gift.

Can I add custom sleeve on Build A Gift service?

Yes you can, we will help you with simple design with your own logo. This will be free for purchase more than 10 boxes with the same item inside.

Will the message on greeting card is printed or handwritten?

Typically we print out your message with our default font. But we may also send it with handwritten message if our printer is broken.

Is shipping included?​

While we’re always striving to keep shipping costs low, per-box shipping is an additional cost.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We will ship it after 1-2 days after we receive your order. Gift that includes pre-order or custom illustration will take more time depends on the item. Delivery takes approximately 1-4 business days (depending on where it’s going and what courier service you choose). If you’re in a pinch (and needed your gift as soon as possible), contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

**Seasonal Hampers/Gifts delivery date will be set by us. Please pick one date that we offer for the delivery when you buy seasonal hampers.

What if I need it there on a specific date?

If you’d like to make someone’s day especially special, please add your note when you check out your order. We’ll make it happen! This only work if you build your own gift.

How does shipping works?​

All gifts area shipped from our Headquarters (Tangerang) through TIKI or GOSEND
We area also a available for self pick-up, just tell us and we arrange it for you.
